- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I have been to this specific location a few times. I am surprised about the negative Google reviews for this bank. I have only ever gotten good service at this bank branch. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor customer service from 800 number. Go into this nice looking EMPTY branch. Guy who helped me could not accomplish what my other banks do. Lots of wait time to clearly learn this. I than asked for a manager who was there. Manager person never came out and guy I talked to never came back. So, uncaring people across the board and un friendly polices to customers. Based on this I'd recommend you back elsewhere. I'll likely close my accounts as soon as a wire transfer clears. Interesting, of 8 reviews four give a 1. I gave a 2. This place should shut down.
