- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came in for a temporary debit card today. I signed in at 3:18pm. There were a total of 5 employees in the lobby. There was one person ahead of me being helped. By 3:30pm I still hadn't been helped. I asked an employee named Sherri why I had to wait almost 15 minutes for service when there were multiple employees doing nothing. Her response was that "the computers were down," and if she helped me then no one else would be able to be helped......what? I was the only person in the bank other than the person who was already there being helped. I find this type of customer service completely unacceptable. By the way, the computers were working fine. There is absolutely no reason why I should have been forced to wait that long. Very unhappy customer.By Vanessa Alviti, June 10, 2017
