  Thanks to the people of the DPS Spring. I left my wallet at the DPS yesterday, I was told a young person found it and returned, thanks to that person and God bless his heart and his honesty. People at the DPS were so solidare and supporting, they showed me compassion and empathy, all the people I talked to yesterday treated me with courtesy and professionalism. I lost my place in the line and I was put back by a person at the front desk, he was very compassionate. I could renew my license with my passport, it was fast and efficient, the woman was also really nice to me. Later, the person that had secured my wallet returned to her place and gave it back to me, she treated me with dignity and respect. To that kid, I hope life treats you kind, I'll pray for your dreams and your life. My faith in humanity, restored! God bless you all!

  Had appointment time "in line online" at 9:22 am. Checked in at kiosk at 9:10 am and through by 9:30 am. Very nice and courteous staff. Definitely recommend for renewals.

  This place is riddled with negative employees. I was ushered away and asked to step behind a non-moving 20-30+ person line just to ask a question. I wasn't even addressed in an adult like manner from the beginning of my three hour wait. These people with positive comments are obviously employees. (because they're not doing anything else at their desks) Save your time, avoid the attitude of the losers at the front desk. I watched the same person speak rudely repeatedly to people who simply had a question. She's seriously in need of a new job it seems...that poor thing. (Oh, and I do mean "thing")
